JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders, deliveries, and follow-ups. Prepare and manage PI, PO, and DO documentation, maintain sales records, track pending orders and payments, coordinate with internal departments, handle customer inquiries, and prepare sales reports.
