JOB DESCRIPTION

Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels.
Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate client interviews.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist in offer letters, onboarding, and other HR activities.
