JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage technical coordination with suppliers regarding RFQs/inquiries, open orders, shipments, and quality documentation. Perform third-party quality assurance inspections, verifying product specs using measurement instruments and 2D/3D technical drawings. Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects and oversee technical integration for smoother product outcomes. Conduct thorough complaint analysis and implement Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CA/PA) to eliminate recurrent issues. Travel in and around Rajkot and nationally as needed to conduct vendor audits, quality inspections, and supplier coordination meetings.
