Plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly production as per customer orders and production requirements.
Coordinate with CRM, Production, Purchase, Stores and Management teams to ensure smooth production planning.
Prepare material requirement plans and coordinate for timely availability of raw materials and other production inputs.
Monitor production capacity, machine loading and manpower availability for effective capacity utilization.
Track production progress against planned targets and take necessary follow-up for delays or deviations.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production reports and MIS.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding order priorities, production schedules and delivery commitments.
Monitor inventory and work-in-progress requirements to support uninterrupted production.
Analyze production data and provide regular updates to management regarding planning, capacity and production status.
