Lead the complete talent acquisition cycle, sourcing and onboarding both blue-collar workers and white-collar manufacturing staff.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and timely salary disbursements.
Oversee overall plant administration, facility management, and general operations to maintain a productive work environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievance redressal, fostering positive employee relations and a healthy workplace culture.
