CAD Modeling & Drafting: Create accurate 2D manufacturing drawings and detailed 3D models for customized conveyor systems using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
Custom Design Development: Work on structural and sheet metal designs tailored to the specific material handling requirements of the client.
BOM Preparation: Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications for the procurement and production teams.
Production Coordination: Collaborate closely with the fabrication and production departments to resolve any design-related issues during the manufacturing process.
Design Optimization: Review and modify existing designs to improve machine efficiency, reduce production costs, and maintain high-quality engineering standards.
