Business Development Support: Assist the sales and operations team in day-to-day international business development and telecalling activities.
Data Management: Handle accurate data entry, lead tracking, and formatting using Google Sheets and MS Excel (including basic formulas).
Internet Research & Lead Generation: Conduct active internet research to identify new business opportunities and gather international market data.
Coordination & Communication: Communicate smoothly with team members and handle basic administrative coordination to ensure daily EXIM operations run efficiently.
Documentation: Draft, type, and organize basic business documents using MS Word with a fast and accurate typing speed.
