Plan, organize, and closely monitor the day-to-day production processes on the shop floor to meet manufacturing schedules and quality targets.
Analyze production performance to identify bottlenecks, driving continuous process improvements and effective waste reduction strategies.
Draft, implement, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the machine operators and production staff.
Handle core machine-related tasks, including overseeing CNC machine operations, setup, and safe handling practices.
Coordinate seamlessly with the maintenance and quality control teams to minimize machine downtime and resolve production issues promptly.
