Handle incoming sales enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Communicate with customers, understand their packaging requirements, and provide suitable product information.
Prepare and share quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers to build strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and other internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain customer records, sales data, quotations, and order details using MS Excel and other computer applications.
Handle email communication and perform regular data entry and documentation work.
Maintain proper knowledge of packaging products, specifications, pricing, and customer requirements.
