JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for supervising production staff and managing day-to-day factory operations. Handle workers and coordinate production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of targets. Perform basic servicing and technical support activities, identify production-related issues, and take necessary action to improve production speed and efficiency. The candidate should be responsible, technically inclined, and capable of effectively handling production staff.
