Job Description:
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues and carry out necessary repairs.
Ensure machines and equipment are operating efficiently with minimum downtime.
Conduct regular inspection, servicing, lubrication, and replacement of machine parts.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and repairs.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve machine-related issues quickly.
Identify recurring problems and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper maintenance of electrical panels, motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial equipment as applicable.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and inventory requirements.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery when required.
