Lead the end-to-end implementation and compliance of Quality Management Systems including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards across the foundry unit.
Maintain, update, and control all QMS documentation, Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.
Plan, schedule, and conduct periodic internal QMS audits, process audits, and product audits across all operational departments.
Facilitate external surveillance audits, customer audits, and certification body audits to maintain compliant quality certifications.
Issue internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), track CAPA closure, and present monthly QMS metrics to executive leadership.
