Monitor and control daily foundry process parameters (melting, pouring, sand parameters, and mold preparation) to maintain defect-free casting quality.
Analyze daily shop-floor rejection trends, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize rejections.
Execute multi-functional quality tasks across molding, pouring, and fettling lines to ensure strict process standardization.
Collaborate closely with production and quality teams for continuous process improvements and scrap reduction.
