Manage daily transactional data entry in the ERP software across production, inventory, purchase, and sales modules.
Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Cross-verify shop-floor production logs, dispatch vouchers, material movement slips, and inventory balances against physical records.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and production teams to clear data discrepancies and keep real-time system figures accurate.
Maintain backup archives of operational reports and assist top management with ad-hoc analytical data sheets.
