Perform incoming raw material inspection, fabrication/machining inspection, and final quality checks of agricultural and milling machinery.
Verify technical engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances to ensure production compliance.
Identify defects, make independent quality decisions, and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on product defects and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
Monitor shop-floor quality standards and supervise line assembly testing before final dispatch.
Handle customer quality complaints, analyze failure causes, and implement preventive measures.
Lead and coordinate QC department activities and interact with cross-functional teams under pressure.
