Coordinate daily activities between the field sales team, distributor network, and internal management.
Manage customer data, lead pipelines, and sales entry tracking in CRM software (Odoo / Zoho).
Receive, verify, and process customer orders while coordinating with dispatch for timely deliveries.
Generate sales reports, track daily sales performance against targets, and process sales team TA/DA allowances.
Resolve customer queries, gather product feedback, and support the planning of sales training or corporate promotional events.
