Manage overall store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching raw materials, electrical/mechanical components, spare parts, and finished machinery.
Maintain precise stock records and system entries in ERP software, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material requisitions, stock transfers, and dispatch paperwork.
Monitor stock levels against Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure continuous material availability for assembly and production lines without overstocking.
Execute periodic stock audits, physical inventory counts, and reconciliation to eliminate material discrepancies and losses.
Coordinate continuously with Purchase, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Dispatch departments for material requirements and inventory planning.
Enforce 5S workplace standards, proper safety protocols, efficient material handling, and FIFO/FEFO inventory turnover practices across the store premises.
