Manage end-to-end Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) operations for Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation works and heavy civil EPC construction sites.
Perform regular site inspections for excavation, soil compaction, shuttering, steel reinforcement, shuttering alignment, and high-grade concrete pouring.
Conduct material testing (cube testing, slump test, aggregate sieve analysis, steel tensile tests) and verify compliance against technical drawings and IS codes.
Maintain comprehensive site quality documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Material Inspection Clearance Certificates (MICC), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Coordinate closely with site project managers, client quality representatives, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues promptly.
