Lead and manage end-to-end daily civil site execution for WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) foundation and EPC infrastructure projects.
Directly supervise and manage an on-site workforce and contractor team of approximately 50 to 60 personnel.
Plan, allocate, and monitor daily tasks for site labor, sub-contractors, and equipment operators to ensure targets are met on time.
Oversee critical civil activities including excavation, foundation rebar tying, shuttering, continuous concrete pouring, and curing processes.
Enforce strict adherence to safety norms, quality compliance, engineering drawings, and IS project specifications.
Prepare daily site progress reports (DSR), manage inventory utilization, and coordinate with senior management to resolve execution bottlenecks.
