Lead end-to-end execution and operational management of large-scale WTG Foundation / Solar EPC infrastructure projects from initiation to commissioning.
Plan project timelines, site resource allocation, budgeting, and material logistics to achieve timely project milestones within defined budgets.
Oversee multi-disciplinary site teams, sub-contractors, and engineering crews, directing daily work execution across project sites.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, government authorities, and internal senior stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
Enforce high standards of quality assurance, quality control (QA/QC), and site safety protocols in accordance with EPC specifications and regulatory norms.
Monitor project progress, manage risk mitigation strategies, control cost overruns, and deliver comprehensive project status updates to management.
