Supervise daily shop floor operations, CNC machine runs, and line production activities for packaging machinery/materials.
Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and maintain strict quality control standards prior to packaging.
Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and error-free shipments.
Monitor machine output, maintain production logs, and handle basic operational reporting using computer tools.
Troubleshoot routine technical workflow bottlenecks and assist senior plant engineers with operational efficiency.
