Perform outbound calls to potential B2B clients, prospective packaging buyers, and existing industrial accounts across regional markets.
Handle inbound client calls, clarify product queries, explain packaging offerings, and collect order specifications.
Maintain organized calling database records, update lead status reports, and manage daily activity logs in MS Excel.
Follow up on pending client quotes and coordinate closely with the internal sales and dispatch teams.
Ensure clear, professional communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English to establish strong client rapport.
