Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on high-volume FMCG sales team hiring, plant operations staff, and corporate roles.
Sourcing active candidates across portals, managing hiring pipelines, and conducting a target-oriented minimum of 6–7 daily candidate interviews.
Draft standardized Job Descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employment agreements, and corporate HR policy documentation.
Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance appraisal metrics to monitor and elevate workforce productivity.
Oversee statutory labour compliance, maintain attendance and leave records, and manage employee master data using MS Excel.
Handle general employee grievances, onboarding routines, exit formalities, and monthly HR management reporting (MIS).
