Conduct chemical and physical raw material testing, microstructural evaluation, and grain size analysis for incoming steel billets and forged stock.
Perform mechanical hardness tests (Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers) across various stages of forging and heat treatment processes.
Prepare, verify, and issue formal Test Certificates (MTC / EN 10204 3.1) and inspection reports for dispatched customer orders.
Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, calibration logs, non-conformance reports (NCR), and audit-ready QMS records.
Coordinate with plant metallurgists and quality managers to enforce strict adherence to metallurgical quality standards and customer specifications.
