Oversee and maintain the complete Quality Management System (QMS ISO 9001) documentation, manuals, and standard procedures across the plant.
Handle customer complaints, maintain the central complaint register, and issue 8D reports along with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) documents.
Plan and prepare for customer audits, second-party quality assessments, and internal QMS process audits.
Ensure all casting and machining quality check logs, calibration records, non-conformance reports (NCR), and inspection sheets are systematically archived.
Coordinate with internal production and quality heads to drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, and audit compliance across operations.
