Supervise daily induction furnace melting operations, scrap metal charging, and temperature control for high-precision investment casting.
Conduct molten metal composition checks, alloy additions, and spectrometer chemical analysis before pouring into ceramic shell molds.
Ensure strict compliance with EHS, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 safety standards on the furnace shop floor to prevent workplace hazards.
Maintain complete QMS melting logbooks, heat treatment traceability records, and daily production reports.
Lead and train furnace operators and helpers, troubleshoot metallurgical defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize metal loss.
