Create, test, and optimize G-Code and M-Code programs for CNC Turning Centers, VMCs, and multi-axis machining centers using CAD/CAM software (NX CAM / Delcam).
Study technical engineering 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, and GD&T specifications to plan optimal machining sequences for auto parts and precision components.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, feed rates, and spindle speeds to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Perform first-piece machine setup, program prove-out, and initial trial runs directly on the shop floor before mass production handover.
Troubleshoot machining errors, reduce cycle times, and ensure smooth rotational shift operations (1 week Day / 1 week Night).
