Manage incoming client sales inquiries from B2B platforms like IndiaMART, the company website, and direct phone calls.
Coordinate daily sales activities, share product catalogs, prepare commercial quotations, and follow up with prospective buyers.
Assist customers in selecting handcrafted furniture options, wood finishes, fabrics, and custom design specifications.
Maintain complete sales records, log customer communications, and prepare daily inquiry tracking sheets in MS Excel.
Liaise with the internal manufacturing and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery fulfillment for clients.
