Welcome walk-in customers at the EV showroom, present electric two-wheeler models, explain vehicle specs/battery features, and arrange test rides.
Assist buyers with financing, EMI scheme options, documentation, and vehicle booking/delivery processes.
Follow up with prospective inquiries generated via indoor channels, phone, and digital leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with regional sub-dealers and distribution channels to maintain relationship touchpoints and support network growth.
Prepare daily showroom walk-in logs, update sales activity reports in MS Excel, and draft routine customer communications via email.
