Lead and supervise complete day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for the ETP and STP plant facility at Gondal Chowkdi.
Allocate shifts, manage shop-floor operators and helpers, and ensure optimal manpower deployment for continuous 24/7 plant performance.
Oversee plant trial runs, system testing, and commissioning of new water treatment equipment, dosing systems, and pumps.
Monitor treated water quality metrics (pH, COD, BOD, TSS) to meet statutory pollution control board norms and output quantity targets.
Prepare daily operational logs, maintenance records, and performance metrics while enforcing workplace safety and EHS guidelines.
