Solicit quotations from vendors and suppliers for raw materials, foundry consumables, and factory spares.
Draft, verify, and process official Purchase Orders (POs) aligned with approved requisitions and budgetary limits.
Negotiate competitive pricing, commercial terms, credit conditions, and delivery schedules with local and regional suppliers.
Monitor pending orders and maintain proactive delivery follow-ups to guarantee uninterrupted shop-floor operations.
Liaise closely with Stores and Production departments to reconcile physical inventory receipts and resolve material discrepancies.
