Manage overall procurement activities for direct raw materials (zinc alloys, aluminium profiles, brass stock), electroplating chemicals, tooling spares, and packaging materials.
Develop and onboard reliable local and national suppliers, evaluate quotation bids, and negotiate optimal pricing and commercial credit terms.
Generate, release, and track official Purchase Orders (POs) aligned with Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and production schedules.
Coordinate closely with Store Managers and Production Heads to monitor stock levels, prevent inventory stockouts, and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Maintain complete purchase documentation, manage vendor performance scorecards, and resolve material delivery discrepancies or invoice issues.
