Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and office vacancies, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
Implement and enforce HR policies, factory rules, attendance guidelines, and code of conduct across shop-floor and managerial staff.
Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance/leave verification, overtime calculations, and coordinate salary disbursements with accounts.
Drive employee engagement programs, workplace culture initiatives, performance reviews, and handle routine worker grievances.
Manage daily plant administrative tasks, facility maintenance, contractor coordination, and support HR compliance documentation.
