Create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D parametric models using SolidWorks based on customer samples, sketches, and technical specifications.
Generate complete Bill of Materials (BOM), exploded assembly drawings, and engineering design revisions aligned with production standards.
Apply GD&T principles and DFM optimization to ensure designs align with CNC/VMC machining and metal forming process capabilities.
Coordinate with New Product Development (NPD), Production, and Quality Control teams to resolve design discrepancies during trial batch creation.
Maintain design databases, version-controlled drawing archives, and technical specifications for customer approvals and shop-floor execution.
