Oversee end-to-end gold bangle product development, transforming market concepts and trend research into commercial jewelry collections.
Coordinate with CAD designers, CNC, casting, hand-carving (karigars), and polishing units to ensure sample execution aligns with target weight, aesthetic finish, and structural specifications.
Calculate precise gold weight, melting loss, labor charges, and metal wastage to establish commercial product pricing and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Manage product lifecycles including sample cataloguing, photography coordination, collection reviews, and inventory data entries into ERP software.
Collaborate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth transition from approved prototype sampling to scaled mass production.
