Direct and lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, shop-floor workflows, and production output across the steel fabrication plant.
Plan daily production schedules, allocate shop-floor technicians and skilled fabricators/welders, and optimize shift efficiency to hit daily delivery targets.
Supervise core fabrication processes—including sheet metal cutting, structural welding, bending, surface finishing, and assembly—ensuring dimensional accuracy and strict quality control.
Implement material utilization strategies to reduce steel wastage, monitor raw material inventory, and oversee machine maintenance to avoid downtime.
Enforce workplace safety protocols, maintain shop-floor discipline, manage workforce productivity, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive management.
