Supervise daily shift activities and production lines within the sheet metal press and steel fabrication shop floor.
Direct floor technicians, operators, welders, and manual laborers to execute work orders according to daily production targets.
Monitor key sheet metal processes—including CNC bending, turret punching, shearing, welding, and surface finishing—to ensure dimensional precision.
Inspect finished and semi-finished steel products for quality compliance, identify defects early, and enforce corrective measures.
Track raw material usage, ensure proper tool and die handling, maintain shop-floor cleanliness, and enforce strict workplace safety standards.
