Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, electrical maintenance, and commissioning of control panels, PLCs, VFD motor drives, and HMIs on machine tools.
Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, control circuit diagrams, and panel wiring layouts during machine installation and integration.
Deliver remote technical support and on-site field service to domestic and international client locations for electrical breakdown resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis on recurring electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance checks, and execute control system software/hardware upgrades.
Prepare service reports, maintain digital maintenance logs, and train customer technical teams on safe electrical operation, maintenance, and safety compliance.
