Plan and execute daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for shop-floor machine tools, CNC equipment, and plant utilities.
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical breakdowns, hydraulic leakage, pneumatic circuit failures, and spindle/slide alignment issues.
Guide and supervise Maintenance Helpers and Fitters during major machine overhauls, fitting operations, and part replacements.
Maintain minimum inventory levels for critical mechanical and electrical spare parts, raw materials, and lubricant stocks to prevent production downtime.
Record daily equipment downtime, prepare breakdown analysis reports (RCA), and ensure strict safety and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) compliance on the shop floor.
