Manage routine electrical plant maintenance and troubleshooting across foundry machinery, induction furnaces, molding machines, and shot blasting equipment.
Execute scheduled preventive and predictive electrical maintenance to minimize production downtime and maximize equipment availability.
Rapidly diagnose and repair electrical breakdowns, control panel issues, motor wiring faults, and switchgear failures on the shop floor.
Coordinate with internal production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operation while adhering to strict industrial electrical safety protocols.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, spare parts inventory registers, and breakdown history records.
