Manage daily mechanical plant maintenance and mechanical breakdown repairs for foundry machinery, induction furnaces, molding lines, and shot blasting machines.
Plan and execute routine preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance schedules to minimize shop-floor downtime.
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical faults, hydraulic leaks, pneumatic valve issues, drive alignments, gearboxes, and bearing assemblies.
Lead machine overhauls, fitting operations, and part replacements while ensuring strict mechanical safety standards on the foundry floor.
Maintain complete daily equipment downtime registers, root cause breakdown logs, and manage spare parts inventory.
