Implement, maintain, and audit the Quality Management System (QMS) across all shell moulding and casting manufacturing processes.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customer quality interactions, addressing client quality complaints, and issuing 8D / CAPA root cause reports.
Oversee full compliance with ISO / IATF quality system standards, internal audit schedules, and maintain complete APQP, PPAP, and FMEA documentation.
Monitor shell moulding casting defect trends, conduct process capability studies, and drive continuous quality improvements on the foundry floor.
Coordinate with internal production and metallurgy teams to establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and control plans for zero-defect output.
