Supervise daily shell moulding machine operations, core setting, and pattern heating parameters for Cast Iron (CI) and SG Iron component production.
Control resin-coated sand usage, moulding cycle times, shell thickness, and cure temperatures to prevent casting defects like blowholes and inclusions.
Verify dimensional tolerances and cavity integrity of shell moulds using standard precision measuring and testing instruments.
Coordinate seamlessly with the melting, pouring, and quality assurance teams to achieve daily production targets and minimize shop-floor scrap rates.
Supervise machine operators and helpers, enforce shop-floor safety protocols, and maintain daily production and shift efficiency logs.
