Direct and oversee complete daily operations across Tendering, Procurement, Government Liaisoning, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and On-site Project Execution.
Lead government and commercial solar tender preparation, technical-financial bid submissions, document evaluations, and strategic proposal pricing.
Coordinate with DISCOMs, state electricity boards, and regulatory authorities for approvals, net-metering synchronization, and grid connectivity.
Manage high-value solar PV equipment procurement, vendor contracts, contractor negotiations, and optimize overall project margins and budgets.
Supervise project managers, engineers, and cross-functional administrative teams to ensure turnkey solar installations meet quality standards and timelines.
