Lead the conceptualization, end-to-end design, and new product development (NPD) of agricultural machinery, implement attachments, and engine components.
Translate customer feedback and market requirements into 3D CAD models, detailed technical fabrication drawings, and structural design validation.
Develop physical prototypes, oversee prototype assembly, and conduct rigorous field performance and stress testing under real agricultural conditions.
Create and update multi-level Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM), component specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production line execution.
Collaborate with vendor development and shop-floor manufacturing teams to establish tooling, jigs, fixtures, and cost-optimized mass production processes.
