Direct and manage daily shop-floor production schedules to achieve monthly manufacturing targets for agricultural equipment and machinery.
Efficiently allocate machine shop manpower, assembly line technicians, and materials to maximize plant productivity and eliminate production bottlenecks.
Monitor product assembly quality at every stage, enforce zero-defect standards, and minimize rework and material scrap rates.
Implement process optimization strategies (5S, Lean Manufacturing basics) to reduce operational downtime and optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Enforce shop-floor safety protocols, maintain daily production output logs, and lead cross-functional coordination between store, QA, and maintenance teams.
