Perform stage-wise quality inspections (incoming raw material, in-process machining/fabrication, and final pre-dispatch inspection) for agricultural equipment and machinery components.
Use precision measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges to conduct exact dimensional and tolerance verifications against 2D/3D engineering drawings.
Identify component defects, non-conformances, and surface imperfections; segregate rejected components and escalate recurring issues to the QA manager.
Prepare daily inspection reports (DIR), material test verification records, and rejection logs to maintain quality compliance standards on the shop floor.
Support the production line in resolving fitment and assembly quality issues to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.
