JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer queries through phone and computer systems. Candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, good English typing speed, basic MS Office knowledge, and strong computer skills. Basic knowledge of Gujarat's geographical areas is required. Bike is compulsory for the role. Low caste candidates are not preferred as per company requirement.
