Programming & Setup: Write and edit VMC programs, select appropriate cutting tools, set work coordinates, and perform complete machine setup.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand complex engineering drawings, tolerances, and surface finish requirements accurately.
First-Piece & Quality Inspection: Inspect the first off-job using precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer) to ensure compliance with specifications before mass production.
Production & Cycle Time: Optimize cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds to reduce cycle time while maintaining high machining quality and tool life.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Resolve minor operational issues, monitor tool wear, and maintain regular machine hygiene for optimal output.
