Handle B2B and B2C sales activities through platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online business portals.
Respond to customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product/service information.
Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, delivery, and other client requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
Handle approximately 10% field work for client meetings, follow-ups, or business development activities when required.
